Launch an Existing Model from ProjectWise Explorer

Launch the ProjectWise Explorer application if it is not open already and log into a project datasource.

Note: The ProjectWise Explorer contains a folder system similar to Windows Explorer.

Under the active datasource, navigate to the directory where the DGN file is stored. The folder's contents/files display in the upper right pane.

Either double-click on the file or right-click and select Open from the pop-up menu. The ProjectWise Open document with dialog displays.

Note: If the document had been previously opened with OpenPlant PID , then you may not be prompted with the Open document with dialog as OpenPlant PID will have become the default program used to open the document.

Select the OpenPlant PID application from the list and click OK. OpenPlant PID opens and loads the selected file.
